Description:National Midget Auto Racing Museum The museum, with its arched facade to replicate the limestone grandstand at the Belleville High Banks, includes a gift shop and research area, but most of the space is dedicated to displays. The building was constructed to allow for future expansion. Most members of the High Banks Hall of Fame committee are people passionate about racing, and convinced Belleville's heritage of racing should be preserved. The High Banks has attracted the top names in auto racing throughout the last century. Meetings are held at 7: The "Belleville High Banks" has brought exciting races to the "Crossroads of America" for over a century.
