Description:Envisioned as a vehicle to develop future leaders, LEAP is a national nonprofit organization whose mission is to achieve full participation and equality for Asian and Pacific Islanders APIs through leadership, empowerment, and policy. NAPABA engages in legislative and policy advocacy, promotes APA political leadership and political appointments, and builds coalitions within the legal profession and the community at large. NAPABA also serves as a resource for government agencies, members of Congress, and public service organizations about APAs in the legal profession, civil rights, and diversity in the courts. In order to achieve our goals, NAAAP offers a diverse range of professional development programs on the local and national level, engages its membership in community service and organizes professional networking events.
